Do I have to be at home?
No. Most people leave a key. We sign for it in writing and keep it in a locked cabinet at the office.

Common questions
What if my cleaner is ill?
We call the same morning and offer a new slot within a week. We would rather not send a stand-in you have never met, but if you want one we arrange it.
Can I pause over the summer?
Yes. Tell us two weeks ahead and we hold your slot until August.
What if I am not happy?
Call within a day and we come back and redo what went wrong. It costs you nothing.
