I take three assignments at a time
Companies between ten and fifty people. Short assignments, scoped before they start and priced before you say yes. If I do not think I can be useful I say so on the first call, and that has happened four times this year.

The prices are here so you can skip the meeting that is only about what it costs.
Process work
We take the flows that steal the most time and rebuild them. The result has to fit on one sheet of paper for somebody new, otherwise it is not finished.

Reporting
We settle on twelve figures, not forty. Then I build the report and teach somebody at your end to update it. It has to take ten minutes a month, or you stop doing it in March.

All prices exclude VAT. Travel within Uppsala and Stockholm is included.

A call
Thirty minutes on the phone. Costs nothing and ends in a yes or a no, not in another meeting.

Week 1
Scope
One sheet: what is included, what is not, what it costs and which day it is finished.

Week 2 onwards
The work
I am on site two days a week and reachable the rest. You hear how it is going every Friday, including the weeks it goes badly.

Afterwards
Handover
An hour where I go through what you got and who at your end owns it now. Then I am gone. That is the whole point.
When not to call me
Three situations where I cost money without being useful.
- You need somebody to do the work, not somebody to describe how it ought to be done.
- The decision is already made and what you are missing is a report that says the same thing.
- You are more than a hundred people. There are firms better at that than I am.
About me
Ellen Lindqvist. Business degree, twelve years in production management before I started taking my own assignments in 2019. I work alone, use no subcontractors and never send somebody else. That makes me slower than an agency and considerably easier to trust.
Where I work
Uppsala and Stockholm in person. The rest of the country remotely, though I want to visit at least once.
