What we do
Fault finding
The residual current device trips and nobody knows why. We measure our way through it, disconnect one circuit at a time and call you before we start replacing things.
Electrical installation
Sockets, lighting, a new consumer unit, wiring during a renovation. We hide the conduit where the wall allows it, and we bring our own vacuum.
What we do not do
- Building networks, lifts and gates. We are not good enough at them.
- Service contracts. We have none, and we do not think a house needs one.
- Jobs somebody else started and walked away from, unless we get to redo it from the consumer unit.
Common questions
Can you come today?
Often. Call before nine, by then we have seen the day and can give you a real answer.
Can I get a fixed price?
On ordinary jobs, yes, on the phone. On fault finding we cannot until we know what the fault is. We say so instead of guessing.
How does the ROT deduction work?
We take it off the invoice. You give us your personal number and the property designation, we handle the rest with the tax office.
Are you insured?
Yes, and registered with the Swedish electrical safety authority. If you want to see the paperwork you get it before we start.
About us
Nordvik El is Micke, Tobias and Ann-Sofie. We started in 2016, at about the same time all three of us left the same large installation company. We have deliberately not grown. Three vans is exactly as much as we can run without somebody else answering the phone.
Where we work
Solna, Sundbyberg, Bromma, Vasastan, Danderyd and Sollentuna. Further out we travel if the job is big enough to fill a day.
