Terms

Last updated: 2026-09-05

These terms apply to the free website proposal, to the purchase of the website and to optional hosting. The counterparty and contracting entity is FBZ AB.

The free proposal

You submit a description of your business. A personal website proposal is produced and normally sent within 2 working days. The proposal is free and does not constitute an order. No card details are required.

The proposal is a draft. Ownership of the proposal transfers only upon payment.

Price and payment

The website costs SEK 900 excluding VAT as a one-off. Payment is made against an invoice after you have approved the proposal. Payment terms and any late payment interest are stated on the invoice.

What is included

  • One page with up to five sections.
  • Mobile friendly layout.
  • Colour adaptation and use of an existing logo.
  • Draft copy based on the information you provided.
  • Contact details and a simple contact function.
  • One combined round of smaller changes.
  • Publishing on a supported hosting solution.

What is not included

  • Several languages on your website.
  • More sub-pages than the ordered page.
  • Web shop and payment functions.
  • Creation of a new logo or visual identity.
  • Custom features, booking systems and integrations.
  • Ongoing content work and search engine optimisation over time.

Changes

One combined round of smaller changes is included. That means adjustments to copy, images, colours and the order of the sections. New sections, a new structure or a redesign are not a revision round and are agreed separately.

Your responsibility for material

You are responsible for making sure the text, images and logos you send may be used. Do not send material you do not have the right to use. Clearly unlawful or misleading content will not be published.

Hosting and domain

The website needs hosting and a domain to be available. You can choose to handle hosting yourself or buy hosting. Hosting and domain costs come on top of the fixed website price. The hosting price is stated on the pricing page and in the proposal, and the hosting plan can be cancelled at any time.

If you choose to handle hosting yourself, the website files are delivered and you are then responsible for publishing, backups and running costs.

Rights to the result

Once the website is paid for, you may use it freely for your business, including moving it to another provider. The right to use demonstration projects and underlying generic components remains with the provider.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the website. Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit or lost data does not apply, to the extent permitted by law.

No guarantees are given regarding search engine rankings, traffic volume or business results.

Cancellation

You can decline to purchase at any time before you approve the proposal. After approval and once work has started, the agreed price is invoiced.

These terms are written for agreements between businesses. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules take precedence over these terms.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts unless the parties agree otherwise.
